On Sunday, June 22 the partner parishes of St Vincent Pallotti and St Therese and the Syro Malabar Mission gathered to celebrate the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (also known as Corpus Christi).
Highlights from Corpus Christi Celebration
Mass with Bishop Schuerman
Mass was held a St Vincent Pallotti West Church with Bishop Schuerman presiding. Co-celebrants included clergy from the Pallotttine Fathers and Syro Malabar Mission.
Eucharistic Procession
A procession of the Holy Body and Blood began following Mass and traveled the streets to St. Therese Parish.
Prayer Service
The procession concluded with a prayer service at St. Therese Parish.
Fellowship Picnic Luncheon
Fellowship was celebrated with a picnic lunch – held indoors due to the heat.
